"COD Points and Xbox Gifting: What You Need to Know"
Hi everyone, I’ve seen a lot of confusion around gifting Call of Duty points through the Xbox Store, U4GM has a variety of COD BO6 Gift CP for you to choose from.and I wanted to share what I’ve learned. As of now, it’s not possible to send COD Points directly as a gift using Xbox’s “Send as Gift” feature, even though this option works for other content.
This limitation likely comes from the way COD Points are categorized in the Xbox ecosystem. They’re considered a form of in-game currency rather than a standard item like a game or downloadable content, which is why the gifting option is disabled. While this is frustrating, it’s worth noting that you can still purchase COD Points for yourself and redeem them.
However, to gift COD Points to a friend, you can buy an Xbox gift card with the equivalent amount of money. For example, if COD Points cost $20, purchase a $20 Xbox gift card and send it to your friend. They can then use the card’s balance to buy the COD Points on their account.
