I moved to Warsaw two years ago and looked at almost every district. Śródmieście is perfect for city lovers but pricey. Mokotów is a favourite among professionals — close to the centre, lots of green space, and decent prices. I ended up in Wola, which has new developments and is walking distance to downtown. Ursynów and Wilanów are quieter, better for families. Prices vary a lot — you can still find modern 2BR units in Wola for under €250K.
