Last year, we implemented Trust Swiftly to verify new drivers in the delivery service. Our situation was almost the same: due to a large number of registrations with fake documents, we were losing customer trust. We started looking for a solution that would allow us to quickly identify a person and at the same time not be too burdensome for the person himself, biometric verification is exactly what is needed for such purposes. Trust Swiftly allows you to choose from several options: facial recognition, voice, as well as classic options such as document + selfie. We chose facial recognition because it is simple for the user and does not require much explanation. Regarding integration: their API is quite convenient, the documentation is clear, everything is in English, but written in human language. Our dev specialist completed the full integration in about two weeks, including tests. The best part is that you can set up automatic rules: for example, if a user fails biometrics, they will immediately receive instructions on how to pass it again or a request for manual verification.

We also considered Trust Swiftly among several platforms for customer verification. It’s good that there is an opportunity to choose between different methods. Biometric verification sounds technical, but it seems to be becoming the standard. It was interesting to read about the delivery experience — thanks!
